Kyle came by for quotes twice while I was prepping for the sale of my home. He prompt and honest about what repairs were must have, should do and nice to do. His prices were competitive and he was able to squeeze me in between jobs. He kept the work area tidy and was excellent at communicating and finished on time. We were under contract on an 96 year old home in Redlands. Our gut was telling us that the seller was shady and had cut a lot of corners on the recent home updates. Thank goodness we had Paul come look at the foundation before our inspection contingency period ended. Paul was honest and straight forward about the condition of the house. It was clearly a "lipstick on a pig" situation and Paul advised us to get out of the contract. We are soooo grateful for Paul's service and we were definitely saved from buying a money pit! After several estimates, we hired Paul and his crew to redo a remodel that we tried to save money on but fell apart, in addition to a complete luxury bathroom remodel with fine materials and foundation work. Mr. Hutcherson gave us an accurate estimate regarding what the projects would cost and what to expect. He is very knowledgeable and to the point about what our needs were and happily explains everything in layman’s terms to people like me who don’t understand everything, I was very worried about being taken advantage of by another contractor since our home is considered high end, but I trust Hutcherson construction completely with any future work after this wonderful experience. Overall, he and his team did an amazing job on our home and within the time frame he allotted and listened to our ideas and wants. One of the best experiences working with a knowledgeable and experienced contactor. Paul was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. I was looking to install French drains at in investment property and reached out to a number of contractors.
